Returns And Delivery Policy

You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. Kloppers Guarantee and Return Policy

Our Suppliers offer a guarantee on their goods against breakage and apparent faults within a certain period (which is fixed from the original date of purchase).  Their policy is to exchange the products if it is apparent that a factory fault caused a problem. If an article has been abused or tampered with the onus is on the suppliers to decide whether it will be replaced.

  

Kloppers thus cannot exchange a product without prior approval from the supplier thereof. However, Kloppers guarantees customers personal service and the least personal inconvenience in solving any problem as quickly as possible.

Klopper will fully refund or replace/resend in the following situations:

•             Faulty product upon unpackaging.

•             Damaged product upon/during delivery.

•             Lost or stolen during delivery.

Normal wear and tear is excluded from the guarantee.

In the case of a product being returned due to unsatisfactory circumstances, the product has to be in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. The postage would be at the expense of the consumer. 

Postage costs for the return of faulty products will be the responsibility of Kloppers.  This will be in accordance to the warranty timeframe of the specific product.

The cancelation of a purchase has to be confirmed before 3pm on the day of order to ensure that postage expenses are not included in the return/refund of a product.

Should the customer be entitled to a refund, such refund shall be reimbursed in the same manner in which your payment was made, e.g. credit card or EFT.

Shipping 

All shipping and collection of online product purchases are done from the Kloppers Online headquarters in Bloemfontein. Please enquire for collection and shipping from our other retail outlets before purchase (ecom@kloppers.co.za). 

SA counter to counter:

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.

Please note shipping will only take place once payment has cleared and visible in our bank account (especially EFTs).

Bank transfers may take up to 2-3 days to clear prolonging the shipping process.

Firearm Purchases

The shipping and courier costs for firearms will be quoted once the customer receives the license for the purchased product. No firearms can be sold in South Africa without a license, therefore the sale will be concluded when the customer receives his license (for specific product purchased) and then either be collected from our Bloemfontein or George branches, or be shipped to the customer.

Fire arm sale cancelation will include a 30% handling fee. In the case of a firearms licensing application not being successful, there will be a 15% handling fee (pending a second application for the failed licence).

Undeliverable packages 

Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re‑shipment.

Delivery

Please note that the order must be placed before 14:00 & if the order day falls on a Saturday / Sunday then the package will only be shipped on the Monday.
