Start a Return

1.  Log your return

Log into your User Account and go to Returns on the left hand menu.  Register your return there and complete the flieds required.  You can also take a photo of the product and upload it as part of the request for return.  

2. Prepare your package

When returning a product, please ensure that the product is in its original packaging that it was received in and in a re-sellable condition.  Ensure that the invoice of the purchase is inside the package.  

3.  Returns via Courier:

Contact the courier and arrange for pick up of the package.

Where there is more than one parcel, ensure that they are tied together. 

The courier will collect the package from the address you supplied 

Please note that in the case of a product being returned due to unsatisfactory circumstances, the product has to be in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. The postage would be at the expense of the consumer.  Postage costs for the return of faulty products will be the responsibility of Kloppers.

4.  Returns via Drop off point

When requesting a return, select the Drop off option.  

Ensure that the product is in its original packaging that it was received in and in a re-sellable condition.  Ensure that the invoice received with the purchase is inside the package.  

Drop your parcel off at a drop off point after logging your return on www.Kloppers.co.za. 

Drop off point:  Kloppers Bloemfontein only.
